ONE POINT OF CONTACT. THE RIGHT EXPERTISE.
A trusted network.
A coordinated engagement.
When your engagement needs several areas of expertise, I bring in professionals selected for their competence and reliability. I stand behind that selection and the quality of the follow-through.
01
Selected for the task
Experts are proposed for a specific need, with their experience and role reviewed beforehand.
02
Clear scope and budget
You know who is involved, what they will do and on what terms. Additional expertise is scoped with you.
03
One direction
I connect each contribution to the engagement plan and oversee the consistency of recommendations and deliverables.
I remain your point of contact and coordinate contributions, from defining the need to presenting the work.
THE RIGHT LEVEL OF INVOLVEMENT
A decision to prepare.
A stage of growth to lead.
A diagnostic to clarify the situation, a sprint to advance a specific goal, or a fractional mandate for ongoing involvement.
TO GET STARTED
Strategic diagnostic
You have a question to resolve.
I challenge the situation, assumptions and options to define a well-founded next step.

Written findings and recommendations
Priorities and an action plan
Scope, deliverables and fees agreed before work begins

You have a commercial milestone to reach.
I work with you on positioning, market access and the priority actions for a launch or relaunch.

Before we talk
What is the right starting point?
A 15-minute conversation helps us understand your challenge and assess whether my involvement is relevant. It may lead to a diagnostic, sprint or fractional mandate, with a defined scope before any commitment.
Do you work with public sector organisations?
Yes. I adapt the engagement for local authorities, agencies, public administrations and business support organisations: strategy, ecosystem analysis, partnerships and innovation adoption. Roles and terms are defined around the project, including work within a consortium.
How are fees determined?
They depend on the agreed scope, deliverables, responsibilities and time commitment. You receive a proposal before work begins. Founder Office group and individual formats are also defined through a scoping conversation.
Is AI always used?
I use it when the need and conditions of the engagement justify it. Sources, confidentiality, validation of results and access rules are discussed when defining the scope.
How do international engagements work?
I combine remote work and time on the ground according to the agreed need. We define the target market, travel, timeline and working language together. The website’s translations do not determine the language of the engagement.
LET’S EXAMINE YOUR NEXT STEP
Which decision or milestone
would you like to prepare?
Tell me about your situation. We will consider the right format: a diagnostic, sprint, fractional mandate or founder support.
